NovitaDiamonds.co.uk is owned and operated by Novita Diamonds Limited, and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in this terms and conditions. These are the terms and conditions of NovitaDiamonds.co.uk. Your use of the NovitaDiamonds.co.uk website confirms your agreement with our terms and conditions outlined below, including any other terms and conditions stated herein, and with any applicable laws. These terms are subject to change without notice.

Product Images and videos

We have done our best to accurately show the colours of the products/diamonds offered on this website. However, because the colour you see is dependent on your computer screen, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be completely accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than the actual size depending on your screen and your ultimate choice of purchase. Most videos and photographs have been enlarged to show detail and help our users.

Pricing of Products and Services

Novita Diamonds Limited, attempts to prevent errors in pricing and product information, but human mistakes can happen. If a mistake does happen, we reserve the right to fix it, and in our sole discretion, to reject or stop any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed for users in the UK are in GBP dollars and inclusive of VAT. Prices for countries outside of the UK may vary depending on the country you are browsing from due to VAT being added or not. When displaying the price it will always indicate if VAT (VAT) is inclusive or exclusive. For all overseas sales VAT (VAT) is not applicable. We will try to make it as clear as possible for overseas customers. Customers that purchased before a sale do not have the right to claim a refund/discount to re-purchase the product at the new sale price. Nor to exchange for a diamond of lesser price as a result of the sale.

Website’s Stock Availability

NovitaDiamonds.co.uk stock is updated automatically when an order is placed. On rare occasions, there may be a diamond that you have selected which may not be available. This may happen due to APIs errors or website bugs. Novita Diamonds Limited. will offer you a stone of the same or better characteristics as the one you originally selected. If no similar stones are available, Novita Diamonds Limited will issue you a full refund.

Payment Details

Once you have selected your diamond and provided your shipping information, you will be directed to fill in your payment details, such as your credit card information or Paypal. When you enter your payment information and place your order, you authorise us and our third-party payment processors to debit the amount of the order to your selected payment of choice.

Grading Reports and Diamond Certificates

All loose diamonds on our site unless specified come with certificates and when we ship it to you, it will include the diamond certificate or Grading Report. All grading reports are created by high tech diamond laboratories and are expensive to replace or re-order. Any diamond that is returned, must have the original grading report returned with it and not damaged. If you happen not to include the diamond grading report with your return, we will charge a replacement fee of up to £125. This includes the shipping and insurance back and forth of the diamond to and from the laboratory as well as the cost of the certificate.

If there is a link to another website, such link does not establish an approval of that site or the products or services contained therein and is provided exclusively for your accessibility.

Governing Law

If a dispute between Novita Diamonds Limited regarding your use of this site, such dispute or disagreement, shall be resolved according to the laws of the UK.

Consumer/Users Communications

Communications including messages you send to us via email, letter, voice mail or other communication relating to your use of this site shall be and remain Novita Diamonds Limited property, and Novita Diamonds Limited shall not be restricted in any way in its use, commercial, promotional or otherwise. Nonetheless, Novita Diamonds Limited will not use your full name in any such promotional use without your authorization. You therefore agree that no such communication/messages will violate the rights of any third party or contain any or otherwise unlawful materials. Novita Diamonds Limited may save certain messages and emails on file for promotional and marketing purposes, but we are not required to and do not retain every such communication/message.

Exchanges and returns rights concerning such products are governed by terms provided elsewhere in this site and by applicable law. The operation of the website is done by a third-party body.

CHANGES ON CURRENT ORDERS

In order to process changes on orders that are already in the manufacturing process , the conditions are:
1. Manufacturing is at a stage where the order is able to be stopped (or has not been started)
2. Payment for the ring was made in full at time of purchase
If these two conditions are met, the order can be changed (Style, metal) at no cost. If not, a fee of up to £120 will be charged to cover the costs.

USE OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS

We reserve the right to post any product that we manufacture onto our digital assets (social media and website). We will make the pictures/videos public two months after the item is collected. If two months is not enough and you want us to postpone the publication date, please send an email to marketing@novitadiamonds.com indicating the correct date.

PERSONALISED DIAMOND LASER INSCRIPTIONS

Novita Diamonds does not accept returns on diamonds, where clients opted for the service of personalised laser inscriptions. In the event of a customer needing to remove the laser inscription, the current fee is US $100 + VAT, this cost might be subject to change without notice.
